This project aims to engineer personalized microbial consortia to improve gut health by optimizing the production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co-Principal Investigator Stefanie Widder from the Medical University of Vienna will contribute her expertise to this interdisciplinary effort.
